Sign up will be held on Saturday, July 20 from 7 am to 9 am at McGinley Arena in Gordon, Nebraska. The Princess competition to be held starting at 9:15 am with coronation to follow.
Miss Rodeo Sheridan County Pageant Schedule
Thursday July 25th, 2024
10:30 Orientation - Methodist Church- 211 W 2nd St, Gordon, NE 69343
Contestants will meet with directors to cover schedule and answer questions
Contestants should arrive at orientation in luncheon attire and ready for pageant
11:00 Written Test - Methodist Church
11:30 Luncheon - Methodist Church
Lunch will be served for all contestants, judges, parents and any other spectators
12:00 On Stage Personality Question
Contestants will draw a random personality question on stage to answer
12:30 Speech Competition Begins
Contestants will be given ten minutes to prepare a one minute impromptu speech/advertisement
No notecards will be allowed
1:00 Interviews -Time is approx. Interviews will immediately follow speeches.
12 minutes per contestant
Judges will derive questions from contestants application & rodeo/horse knowledge
3:00 Horsemanship - McGinley Arena - 613 E 3rd St, Gordon, NE 69343
